ORDERING
The Grace and Lucy bags seen here on our site are one of a kind, or made in limited quantity. If the bag you’d like is not available we can custom order it for you. You may also custom order a bag in your choice of the materials and color combinations we have available. These bags will ship to you in 4-6 weeks. Please contact us at friends@graceandlucy.com and we will work with you to find a happy combination.
Our shoes are custom made just for you. They take 4-6 weeks to be custom made. We will keep you advised of their progress along the way. And when they’re ready to ship we will email you shipping information. For advice on fit please email or call us at 401 402 0604.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard delivery: Our standard delivery service is FedEx SmartPost, delivered by USPS. Add the corresponding shipping and processing fee found in the list to the right to your merchandise total. Standard delivery times are as follows:
- Continental US addresses: 4-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Alaska and Hawaii addresses: 10-14 business days from the date of shipment.
- APO/FPO addresses: 10-14 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping and handling fees:
- $125.00 to 190.00 $7.95
- $195.00 to $290.00 $10.95
- $295.00 and over $13.95
International deliveries: Please contact us about shipping outside the US. We’ll arrange to ship your order in the safest, most expedient and least expensive way. Duty charges are separate from shipping and processing fees and you will be responsible for payment of all duty charges at the time of delivery. The delivery time for international shipments is 10-14 business days from date of shipment.
Canadian deliveries: Canadian shipments will be assessed a $12 charge per address in addition to the standard shipping and processing fees listed above. The delivery time for shipments to Canada is 10-14 business days from date of shipment.
RI residents please include 7% sales tax on handbags
RETURN POLICY
We’re happy when you’re happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Grace and Lucy purchase we will gladly accept returns of unworn or undamaged merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a return authorization number. Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number.
Returns
Once you have received your return authorization number please package your merchandise securely in the original carton, including your original receipt and return to us.

Once your credit is applied to your credit card and/or your refund or merchandise credit is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
